Oreo Balls

Dear Friend,

This is the super secret recipe for a delicious desert. Okay, so really it is not secret, but I learned it from a friend a long time ago and they are always a big hit among friends and family. I haven't made them in a long time... Maybe that will change soon. ;)

Ingredients:

1 Package of Oreos

1 Package of Cream Cheese (Philadelphia is the best), softened

1 Package of Candy Quik (Or other chocolates like wilton candy melts, etc.)

Directions:

Crush the Oreos - I find that using the food processor accessory on my blender works best.

Hand mix the softened cream cheese into the crushed oreos. Once it is thoroughly mixed, roll the mixture into 1 inch balls. Freeze for 15-20 minutes or refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Then dip in the candy coating.
